Glacier Experience Trail
To be up close and personal with the glacier - this is something that not only mountaineers, but also families and mountain lovers can do on the Diavolezza at almost 3,000 metres above sea level. Here, from August 2021, there will be a new trail of about one and a half to two hours via a mountain hiking trail.
On the way, visitors will not only experience spectacular impressions directly on the glacier, but will also learn a great deal about the natural wonder along the way. With the help of a leaflet, the changes of the glacier and the visible changes in the sensitive Alpine region are explained.
We would like to invite you to join us exclusively on the first walk of the new Glacier Experience Trail. Glaciologist Dr. sc. nat. Christine Levy from the Centre for Applied Glaciology (ZAG) of the Academia Engiadina will accompany the hike and take you on an exciting journey into the world of glaciers.
