Morteratsch Alpine cheese dairy: anything but foul cheese!
It’s rustic, authentic and cosy. The Morteratsch Alpine cheese dairy caters to guests from mid-June to end of October 2014 from 9a.m. to 5p.m. daily. As a special treat, experience cheese-making as it happens right in front of your eyes. Traditional show cheese-making generally starts at 9.30a.m. and 1.30p.m. Suitable for small children as much as fully-fledged connoisseurs of cheese. Be amazed, get involved and simply enjoy the culinary trip.
And don’t forget the ample Alpine brunch served daily from Tuesday to Sunday between 9.30a.m. and 11.30a.m (not available Mondays). Bookings are accepted until 5p.m. the day before.
